RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature and intended use of The Well-Heeled (TWH) products we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene purposes.

FAULTY ITEMS

TWH has strict quality control procedures, however if for any reason your product arrives damaged (excluding external packaging), please email our customer care team at hello@the-well-heeled.com  with details and pictures of the faulty item within 48 hours of receiving the products. If your product is deemed faulty we will arrange a replacement. For hygiene purposes TWH cannot replace products beyond the 2 day period.

Due to sanitary reasons TWH reserves the right to deny a refund if the item returned or intending to be returned is used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. A refund will also be denied if the protective backing has been tampered with or is missing. You will be notified by email if your item is not eligible for refund, and the goods will be returned to you. 

INCORRECT ORDER

If you believe you have been shipped an incorrect order or the wrong items please contact our customer care team at hello@the-well-heeled.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number and incorrect items.

You will be sent information to return the incorrect items at no additional cost. The correct items will then be sent to you once the incorrect items have been received intact by TWH.

Please note that all goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to TWH.

Refunds will not be issued on items that are lost in transit or otherwise not received by TWH.
