WHAT IS A4?
Ditch the dirty bandaids! The TWH Shoe Relief Strips (A4) are versatile in-shoe gel strips which effectively protect from strap irritation and slip, so you can wear your shoes for longer.
WHY A4 WORKS
A4 has been scientifically designed using high quality polyurethane (PU) gel material for lasting comfort and improved strap fit.
A4 can be used in multiple ways to improve the comfort and fit of fashion footwear, including loose sling backs and irritating strappy sandals.
A4 was created for heels and fashion footwear – it can be added invisibly to any correctly sized shoe without altering the appearance or fit.

Relieves from strap irritation
A4 has been scientifically designed to protect from pressure and rubbing caused by rough straps, stitching, embellishments, and other fashion shoe features, so you can wear your shoes for longer without irritation and discomfort.
All-night comfort
A4's adhesive backing has been designed to last the night, without damaging the lining of your shoes. A4 works best on typical shoe and strap materials, such as smooth leather and synthetics. Check out our tips below if you love A4 and want to use it on other materials or affix it permanently in-shoe.
Use multiple ways
A4 can be used in multiple ways to improve the comfort and fit of fashion footwear, including loose sling backs and irritating strappy sandals. Use A4 to keep straps around the heel and ankle from falling down and to prevent rubbing and irritation in any area. A4 is also handy for use on other parts of the shoe where A3 might be too wide.
Invisible slim-fit design
No more dirty bandaids! With its invisible slim-fit design A4 won't alter the appearance or create tightness in correctly sized shoes, including heels and fashion footwear.
HOW TO USE A4
STEP 1: Remove strip from clear plastic backing and apply to the strap or shoe area of irritation with the adhesive side down, easily modifying the length if needed
STEP 2: Party all night long
STEP 3: For best results, replace with a fresh strip for each use (each A4 packet contains 4x 150mm strips)
MORE WAYS
A4 can also be used to:
-Stop loose straps from falling down, particularly on sling backs
-Provide relief in areas of shoe irritation where A3 may be too wide or require additional modifying
PRO TIP: A4 has been designed for single use however if you wish to keep the product longer in the shoe, we advise using a very small amount of super glue or strong fabric glue to secure the A4 in place. Please be aware that removal of the product following the use of permanent glues may damage the lining of the shoe.

Not sure why this hasn’t been a known thing until now? These strips have saved my ankles with my favourite pair of sandals. They use to hurt but I put up with it because I love them. Well, now I love them and they are comfortable. Thanks TWH
