No more dirty bandaids! The TWH Shoe Relief Spots (A3) are versatile in-shoe gel spots which effectively protect from pressure, rubbing and general shoe irritation.
WHY A3 WORKS
A3 has been scientifically designed using high quality polyurethane (PU) gel material for long-lasting comfort and reduced shoe irritation.
A3’s PU gel density has been optimised to both pad and offload (remove pressure from) sore spots, meaning A3 can be used in multiple ways to improve the comfort of fashion footwear.
A3 was created for heels and fashion footwear – it can be added invisibly to any correctly sized shoe without altering the appearance or fit.

Invisible slim-fit design
No more dirty bandaids! With its invisible slim-fit design A3 won't alter the appearance or create tightness in correctly sized shoes, including heels and fashion footwear.
HOW TO USE A3
STEP 1: Remove spot from clear plastic backing and apply to the shoe area of irritation with the adhesive side down, easily modifying the shape if needed
STEP 2: Party all night long
STEP 3: Replace spots after 3-6 months or at first signs of wear

PADDING VS OFFLOADING
The TWH Shoe Relief Spots (A3) can be used to both cushion and offload (reduce pressure from) sore spots, making them the go-to choice for solving many common fashion shoe irritation problems.
To use A3 for padding simply place the spot over the area of shoe irritation (eg rough stitching, buckle or zip)
To use A3 for offloading, place one spot on either side of the pressure area (eg boney parts of toes)

I have used something like this in the past and they have never stayed on the shoe. This product actually sticks and it’s really comfortable. The silicon is soft and just the right thickness to do the job without it being bulky in the shoe. Totally worth it!
